Private Client Tax Manager

We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team as a Private Client Tax Manager, focusing on the taxation of non-domicile individuals who are residents. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Private Client Tax environment, ideally in a compliance/advisory role. They should either be qualified by experience or have obtained the CTA/ATT certification, either partially or fully. Proficiency in the following areas is required:

• Statutory residency rules
• Taxation of residents/non-domicile individuals using remittance and arising basis
• Understanding of clean capital and segregation of accounts for residents/non-domicile individuals
• Production of Self-Assessment tax returns incorporating the above knowledge and Double Taxation Treaties (DTTs)

Knowledge of Russian/Ukrainian language would be advantageous.
