Job Description & Summary

Job Summary:
  • Training needs analyse: keep close contact with SDC Assurance service team to understand their training needs;
  • Developing course: design and develop training courses based on training needs;
  • Design training program for manager, champion, team leader, different services required skill;
  • Maintain technical knowledge library: Work with course manager, service expert to keep SDC technical knowledge library updating;
  • Analyse and share the impact on SDC's existing service when GAAP, GAAS or main office policy changed;
  • Connect with Global / Territory team to ensure SDC know what resources are available and leverage global materials, where possible roll out relevant courses in SDC;
  • Address ad hoc request by the business.
Requirements

Candidates should possess the following attributes:
  • Bachelor degree with no less than 3 years of audit work experience;
  • CPA is preferred;
  • Demonstrates a creative and innovative mindset;
  • Be technologically up to date and demonstrate an interest in new trends;
  • Open minded, agile with change and practical;
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
