Opportunity to join a highly successful business as Management Accountant. This role will offer a salary up to £34,000 depending on experience.

Page Personnel are working closely with an industry leading waste management business. Due to the continuous growth of the team they have an opportunity for a Management Accountant to join them at an exciting time.

Description

Management Accountant responsibilities include:

• Complete the monthly profit by job and accruals analysis
• Submit weekly reporting
• Working with the IS team to ensure real time reporting of budgets and actuals
• To ensure that process improvements in the event of risks are considered
• To report KPIs on contract v actual tonnages and ensure there is adequate monitoring and reporting
• To ensure the forecasting inbox is managed and all internal and external stakeholders are appropriately responded to in the right timeframe.
• To ensure budgets and forecasts are managed and updated
• To look at issues and identify areas for process improvement
• Month end reporting
• Working on overheads on budget v actual and finding improvements
• Management of business budgeting and forecasts

Profile

The candidate will have/be:

• Experience working in a similar role
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
• Previous knowledge of SAP
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional and hardworking with a personable approach
• Ability to continually drive process improvements
• High attention to detail
