Senior Associate - Accounts Payable

Purpose & Accountabilities

• Operational Excellence
• Timely and accurate transaction processing – take ownership and initiative until transaction is successfully processed 
• Demonstrate First Time Right approach 
• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints 
• Build Continues Improvement mindset and look for opportunities for simplification & automation within AP process 
• Carry out other assignments requested by the supervisors
• Business Partnering - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner. 
• Provide quality feedback 
• Resolve and escalate issues timely and effectively 
• Handle difficult cases with vendors, RtP/CP Ops and/or the operating units while maintaining good working relationship at all times
• Act as an effective team player 
• Maintain and implement agreed self-development plan

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Obtained economic, accounting or finance university degree/qualifications, or equivalent courses with experience
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Ms Outlook Broad accounting knowledge 
• Very good English (written and oral)
• Good knowledge of accounting controls
• Desired knowledge of accounting system and/or SAP knowledge

• Ability to work autonomously while keeping other team members informed as appropriate
