About the role

As the Senior Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for providing a world class service to our clients in Bulgaria. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of payroll legislation and will be responsible for end to end payroll processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Review payroll calculation for our clients in the provided payroll system/program;
• Provide payroll information to clients and organization of payroll related payments;
• Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
• Identify errors or missing documentation provided by the client and takes relevant actions to clarify such;
• Provide payroll information to client in time to ensure that their staff receives their salaries on time;
• Labor legislation compliance;
• Social security and health insurance compliance;
• Provide assistance and review of everyday work of the Junior Payroll specialist/s;
• Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.

About you

Ideally you are meeting following hiring criteria:

• At least 5 years previous experience with Payroll calculations/HR administration and knowledge of the HR legislation;
• Excellent level of English language;
• Excellent computer literacy;
• Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
• Accounting background will be considered as advantage.
