Are you an experienced payroll professional who has good communication skills, is client focused and is ready to manage a bigger team? Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can lead and grow at the same time?

Our continuously growing HR and Payroll Service Practice is looking for a new Payroll Service Manager leading a bigger team with a portfolio of medium-sized and well-known multinational clients.

The Payroll Service Manager as a key pillar oversees service delivery and client onboarding, and ensures outstanding client service quality with a strong support of team members. He/She supports higher level leadership for corporate-level strategic issues and their implementation, and communication to employees.

What would you do in your new role?

People Management:

  • Focusing on people first company culture that emphasizes quality services and continuous improvement, including on retention, people development and career planning.
  • Drives a team to achieve the company’s goals
  • Supports and contributes organizational changes in respective team (reviewing processes, communicating organizational changes to Customers/Employees).
  • Owns workforce planning, maintains optimal workforce allocation and enhances operational efficiency
  • Performance evaluation of direct subordinates; responsibility for proposing rewards and salaries
  • Assessing training needs and consulting with HR team.
  • Support in selection process, conducting interviews with potential candidates.

Support Business and Managing Clients:

  • Supports corporate-level strategic decisions and their implementation, and communication to employees.
  • Responsible for specific performance indicators and KPI goals and strives for continuous improvement of client and employee satisfaction
  • Handles customer quality escalations for the service within the team, document and elaborate an action plan to eliminate quality complaints.

Collaboration with stakeholders:

  • Supports Group/Market priorities and projects – getting familiar with projects, contact with stakeholders, provide resources, being a project manager if necessary. Sets his/her team’s priorities.
  • Responsible for the seamless delivery of our services
  • Ensures seamless collaboration within your team and cross teams, with affiliates, within the department, local and market leaders, and with regional function colleagues in local and foreign offices.
  • Participation in professional and other necessary (Sales, HR, Finance) meetings.
  • Collaboration with the Business Development team and Finance Department, providing professional support when needed.

Ideally, you meet the following hiring criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Good understanding and knowledge of full cycle payroll;
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll with at least 2 years of experience working in a client-facing environment, with a good track record of delivering services;
  • Fluent English;
  • Nexon knowledge;
  • Self-organized with good time management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Dedicated team player with effective verbal and written communication skills;
