Junior Accountant

• Prepare financial statements and reports:

You will be responsible for preparing financial statements and reports that accurately reflect the financial position of our clients' businesses.

This will involve analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records:

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable:

You will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable for our clients, ensuring that payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Process payroll and manage employee records:

You will be responsible for processing payroll and managing employee records for our clients, including maintaining accurate records of employee hours, salaries, and benefits

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns:

You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of tax returns for our clients, including preparing schedules, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

• Liaise with clients and provide exceptional customer service:

You will be responsible for liaising with clients and providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that their needs are met and that their financial records are accurate and up-to-date
