Assisting Head of Finance in supervising accounting, treasury and related administrative operations for 6 legal entities (2 in Mainland China, 2 in Hong Kong, 2 in Macao)

Description

1. Managing the Account payable and Account Receivable teams and solving any issue that may emerge

2. Checking the accuracy of the accounting and tax figures

3. Responsible for the yearly audit program, both related to external audit relationiship and of deadline follow up and of reporting package preparation

4. Checking payment applications submitted by the Accounts Payable team and approving them

5. Managing the relationships with external stakeholder, mainly banks and government bureaus, consultants.

6. Managing all the other extemporary operations related to the Accounting and Tax Department (inc. contract check, special sale activities,

7. Monitoring of quarterly closures and of the accrual process

Profile

Years of experience

8 years, preference to experience in similar role/industry

Education

Bachelor in Accountancy

IT skills

Office suit, SAP better,

Attitudinal skills

Teamwork. Leadership. Sense of responsibility. Detail oriented.

Other requirements

Familiar with China Gaap/IFRS/IAS. English-speaker MUST, knowledge of retail & luxury industry, available for business trip in HK.
