E-Commerce Accountant

• An excellent opportunity for an experienced (2 years +) accountant to grow their already acquired skills in a very hand on & varied role

Description

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Preparation of sales reports from all online sales platforms each month
• Process this data and manipulate large datasets on Excel
• Multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Supervising a small team of 4 AP clerks

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience using Sage 50 and possess excellent Excel skills (macros desired but not essential)
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of online e-commerce sales
• Experience working in an SME
• Local to the West London area
