Junior/Mid Level Accountant

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records for a portfolio of clients, including daily journal entries involving credit, debits, and double entry.
Conduct account and bank reconciliations efficiently and accurately.
Assist in the preparation of VAT Returns.
Perform other related tasks as necessary to support the team.
Report directly to the Senior Accountant.
Requirements:

A level in Accounts or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including knowledge and experience with journal entries (debit, credit, and double entry).
Knowledge of SAGE software will be considered an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and administration skills.
Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
