Finance Manager (F&B Industry Based in Kepong)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining financial and accounting matters, e.g. preparing financial statements, budgeting and financial analysis.
Overseeing the finance division to ensure timely submission of reports to management.
Monitor cash flow of the group and subsidiaries to determine excess cash pools and identify significant shortfalls and surplus to ensure efficient use of funds.
Directs budgets and cost controls including cost allocations to departments/project segments
Preparation of budget and revised budgets for the companies-in-charged.
Motivating and training subordinates to ensure smooth flow of work.

Requirements:

7+ years finance or accounting experience in the retail industry required.
Possesses a Degree in Finance / Accounting. Professional qualifications e.g. ACCA, MIA, CIMA and etc. is very preferable.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Verbal, written and presentation skills.
Management skills required. Ability to delegate tasks appropriately and clearly communicate expectations with staff.
