- Handle full-set of accounts of Indonesian Subsidiary Company, Monthly closing and journal posting ensure accurately compliance with standard financial records and statements set by the management
- Assist in the budgeting for forecasting weekly & monthly cash flow
- Accounts Payable, to issue payment by either cheques, TT, bank transfer form, etc and to liaise with Suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable, to issue invoice and AR chasing to customers for payment.
- Liaise with Indonesia colleagues regarding including, but not limited to accounts closing, payment vouchers for accounts payable, and AR chasers to customers.
- Keeping good filing system to maintain recorded files are easily trace and track
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA Level 1 / LCCI
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Navision accounting software and Indonesian Tax Process will be an advantage
