Ecommerce FP&A - retail industry

this role is responsible for full channel finance analysis and mainly support commercial sales team to make business decision.

Description

- Drive value and growth through providing financial support and direction and development of insightful financial management information for the business and leadership team;
- Communicate and sign off monthly and YTD results highlighting key variances to date and risks/opportunities implications onwards;
- Manage the annual budget, planning and long term planning processes. Track and report sales/margin/customer/margin upsides/downsides; （all channels including sales & product）
- Develop and implement KPIs to drive profitability and improve business performance as well as profit contributions;
- Liaise with leadership team on assessing new business models, analyzing the initiatives and efficiency which geared to deliver both short/long-term results;
- Develop internal control programs and conduct reviews for China sites to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures;
- Participate in variety of projects to support future growth of business;

Profile

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (must oral english fluntely )

- Passion for and knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver practice for new business opportunities and ensuring financial systems integrity and controls

- 5 years above finance working expereince.

- at least 1 year FP&A experience
