Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team!

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring exercises and testing for BCP is effectively established and active across ICS (domestic) to meet the requirements of the Broadridge BCP Governance Office. The BC program ensures that Broadridge is able to continue meeting its client's requirements regardless of the business interruptions or disasters that unfold. Effective management includes the ability to:
  • Understand the nature of each business unit as it applies to maintaining a robust business continuity program unique to that BU
  • Plan and communicate exercise requirements at a high level to each business unit within ICS
  • Collaborate with business units to identify meaningful exercise strategies based on the detail of their business and recovery plan objectives
  • Understand DR testing (non-mainframe) at the local level; collaborate with business leaders to identify and test systems and platforms as appropriate based on the level of criticality
  • Create, maintain and follow up on schedules to ensure that business units are conducting required exercise and test activity
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Representatives to coordinate client-based DR testing including: hosting pre-test meetings and participating in day-of bridge calls and updating client-facing test documentation (plans and records)
  • Guide business leaders, or their designated BCP coordinators to lead Table Top exercises; be available to participate in Table Top exercises at remote sites as needed
  • Provide assistance on creating Table Top exercises to local BCP coordinators or designated associates
  • Participate in client Table Top exercises, upon request
  • Determine and ensure Steering Committee Meetings are held for each business unit
  • Consider and opine on process improvements for BCP; participate in implementation of agreed upon improvements
  • Act as ICS BCP Champion for management of BC protocol and communication during inclement weather or BCP events, with dotted line to the VP of Operations for such events.


Responsible for other Client and Operations initiatives, as defined by management annually, including but not limited to:
  • Client Inquiry Analysis & Reporting Governance
  • Client-facing relationship management support, as applicable
  • Other top-tier client improvement initiatives, as applicable


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, management or similar
  • At least two years of experience in the financial industry
  • At least one year experience managing Business Continuity Planning or Disaster Recovery activities or documentation
  • This role requires the ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • At least one year experience managing Business Continuity Planning or Disaster Recovery activities/documentation, and/or Project Management experience.


Skills/Competencies:
  • Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery protocols and practices
  • Background with technology, systems and applications; ability to apply knowledge to support DR functions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written skills; comfortable presenting to large groups
  • Comfortable interacting outside of primary team and location
  • Ability to plan, schedule, execute and provide follow up


Requirements:
  • Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Share Point
  • Familiarity with Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery protocols and practices, and/or Project Management experience


Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual Compensation : $90,000 - $125,000 USD
