(Junior) Accountant 60% - 80%

Our client is a fully integrated global biopharmaceutical company specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of allergies through the development and marketing of products in allergen immunotherapy. With over 25 years of presence in Switzerland, their branch is located in Zurich.They have a wide range of products makes them an essential player in the Swiss AIT market. They have restructured for further growth and are now seeking a Junior Accountant to contribute to their successful future.

Description

• Managing the entire accounts payable accounting (bookkeeping, invoicing etc.)
• General ledger, fixed asset accounting, and bank transactions
• Accounts receivable and credit management
• Assisting in monthly and annual financial statements in collaboration with the finance department manager
• Supporting external audits, tax declarations, and VAT filings
• Performing general administrative tasks in the accounting department
• Support in payroll

Profile

• Around 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Completed education in accounting and finance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel pivot) , SAP
• Experience in Swiss payroll management (payroll processing and year-end declarations) would be a plus
• Solution-oriented and independent work approach
• Accuracy, reliability, and goal orientation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Englishn. Good knowledge of German. Knowledge of French is advantageous
