We're currently recruiting for numerous Investment Accountants to join our Investment Accounting & Reporting Team. The Investment Accounting & Reporting team is a dynamic team which will allow you to further your development within financial services. No two days are the same as the team is an enabler in supporting the business achieve it business objectives.

The Investment Accounting & Reporting team is a dynamic team which will allow you to further your development within financial services. No two days are the same as the team is an enabler in supporting the business achieve it business objectives. These roles will play an active role in; the preparation and delivery of high quality and timely financial analysis for allocated funds and ensuring the integrity of Investment accounting information in the general ledger.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete a range of standard Accountancy and / or analytical functions, including producing financial reports, providing analysis of data, statutory reporting as required by the specific department to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Apply appropriate quality assurance controls to all work produced in the team to ensure the accuracy and validity of the Company's financial information.
- Drive the on-going delivery of robust, effective and efficient operational finance processes and controls and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Day to day supervision of Investment Accounting Analysts and review of their work
- Review of investment management and other OSP fees to ensure they are being reconciled and paid on a timely basis in line with contract terms.
- Ensure all data is prepared and reported in accordance with relevant reporting standards and business reporting requirements.
- Regularly working to defined and tight timescales whilst maintaining professional standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential
- Experience of working within an accounting function of a Financial Services
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Workload management and day to day supervisory skills
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to influence and get things done
- Ability to accurately carry out processes and self-review

Desirable
- Investment experience
- Good working knowledge of accounting systems (General ledger and ICON)
