Compliance & Risk Manager
Operating as an independent function to give assurance to senior management that business activities are executed within an adequate control framework and under consideration of the associated risks by supporting line management with compliance & legal risk assessment and controls, compliance & legal risk monitoring, contract management, internal & external audits, as well as providing rigorous compliance & risk trainings (SHE/Facilities).
You will lead, drive and implement comprehensive compliance initiatives and training programs, foster a climate and culture of high standards of integrity, understanding of risks, and adoption of the requirements as set out in local laws, and local industry and regulatory standards as well as that global guidelines.
You will also regularly maintain and review SOPs to ensure adequate procedures are in place to identify on a timely basis, potential gaps within local policies, processes, procedures and/or systems and drive initiatives to investigate and close these gaps, especially in areas of business operations (SHE/Facilities), compliance, risk and integrity.
