In this interesting and varied role will involve owning the relationship with our outsourced providers to manage their performance, identify and resolve blocking issues, and escalating to senior stakeholders when required.

We're currently recruiting for a Finance Relationship Consultant to join our MI, Oversight & Relationship team. The successful candidate will undertake oversight activities of outsourced providers and banks to ensure that the responsibilities of our outsourced arrangements are undertaken in line with contractual obligations. This will involve owning the relationship with our outsourced providers to manage their performance, identify and resolve blocking issues, and escalating to senior stakeholders when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of relationship with outsourced providers and banks across multiple companies and locations.
- Proactively engage with colleagues across multiple sites to ensure performance of outsourced providers and banks is maintained, following up on and resolving potential issuers or blockers.
- Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of issues and provision of required information.
- Building and leveraging key relationships around the business to ensure that the finance impact any issues / blockers raised in other business areas is understood.
- Representing Finance at key governance meetings
- Management of key governance meetings as well as recording and updating actions required from the meetings.

- Able to communicate confidently, asserting influence at all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

- Experience of dealing with outsourced providers
