Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients comply with the regulations and meet all tax obligations (corporate tax and individual tax)
- Able to collate information and filing of Estimated Chargeable Income based on draft Profit & Loss account figures and advising clients on payment of income tax based on Estimated Notice of Assessment received independently.
- Able to prepare Income Tax Computations to calculate the amount of tax payable/unutilized losses which includes preparation of various schedules like Capital allowance, balancing charge/ allowance schedule for fixed assets, renovations, and interest adjustment independently.
- Drafting Form C/ Form C-S and various Appendices.
- Verification of the Notices of Assessment to the Income Tax Computation filed with IRAS and advising clients to pay if the assessment is in order.
- Able to collate information and reply to the query letters from IRAS relating to the detailed breakdown of expenses, separate source income, provision for bad debts, interest adjustment, etc.
- Able to file the necessary withholding tax forms and arrange Withholding Tax certificates required by clients.
- Able to collate information from clients and filing of GST Registration Form GST F1 with IRAS.
- Able to prepare and submit GST Returns on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned deliverables and deliver quality tax services
- Establish good relationships with clients, manage their expectations, and ensure excellent client services
- Establish good relationships with internal departments
Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy/professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA/ equivalent.
- Possessing an accreditation by SCTP or equivalent will be an added advantage
- 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
- Basic Singapore GST knowledge will be advantageous but not compulsory.

- Ability to prioritize work allocated and to multitask under least supervision.
