Senior Accountant - Accounting & Outsourcing Services

Job description

• In charge on month-end accounting book/ review for separate assignments;
• Delivers the assigned work with quality and timely deliverable;
• Review and verify bank account reconciliations, manage the cash flow;
• Check PIT, CIT, VAT reports and other tax correspondences for the tax office;
• Check monthly payroll spreadsheets (including calculations of Personnel Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance (SI) Health Insurance (HI);
• Prepare PIT finalization and financial reports for CIT finalization and audit report;
• Discuss with the line manager on any significant issues identified;
• Establish good client relationships through positive interactions with the client’s team and
• Involve in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• University graduates in accounting and auditing;
• At least 2 years’ experience in accounting outsource services companies and/or 3 years’ experience in accounting jobs of other companies;
• Proficient in accounting software such as Fast, SAP is an advantage;
• Good analytical skill, self-driven and persuasive;
• Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential);
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good planning and organizing skill;
• High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive;
• Proficient in English or French;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Familiar with accounting software, SAP software is a plus
