Commercial Finance Business Partner

Working closely with the senior leadership team, and other budget holders, the Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner will be commercially focused and possess a passion driving for continuous improvement.

Michael Page are delighted to be partnering with a well known manufacturing business to recruit a new Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner.

The role will be based in the Midlands, within a vibrant commercial team that provides exposure to a high growth environment.

Description

• Work closely & collaboratively with the department heads to ensure alignment of outputs and synergies where possible

• Produce robust timetable for investment expenses, which is acknowledged and supported by all parties including senior management and business partner process

• Ensure appropriate capitalisation assumptions are embedded across the portfolios in line with the company policy

• Review and deliver Investment expense MI to key stakeholders and working with them to provide suitable commentary

• Ensure that people are deployed and developed to anticipate and meet current and future needs as well as supporting individual career progression

• Budgets and forecast

• Assist the sales forecasting and budgeting processes, develop routines that encourage commercial participation to ensure a representative budget with appropriate narrative, sensitivity analysis and strategic opportunities.

Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA)
• In depth knowledge of costing models
• Knowledge of controls frameworks including documentation
• Strong attention to detail & problem solving
• Excellent Excel Model building skills

Job Offer

Fantastic Salary of £70,000 - £80,000
