Description

Reporting to the Finance Controller, we are looking for 1 immediately available general accountant to support the finance team.

• Responsible for AR accounts, reviewing aging, tax invoice issuance and commercial invoice reconciliation, follow up the clearance of AR etc. and work with credit management to monitor the status of customers.
• Coordinate with AP process hub for request documents preparation and further payment arrangement.
• Responsible for tax reporting, VAT invoice validation and reconciliation, VAT refund, handling other necessary local tax issues.
• Responsible for expense claim check, make sure the compliance and internal control are in place.
• Archive accounting and financial records, vouches, contract etc. per local regulations and group policies.
• Fulfil the ad-hoc request in Accounting, Reporting, Tax related tasks from senior accountant.

As the business is growing rapidly in China, they are looking for a young optional Accountant to make the process of accounting smoother, support the daily work in finance team.

Profile

• Bachelor or above degree,
• A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
• Workable English and skilled in MS Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, Fast learner with strong communication skills.
