Supply Chain Finance Manager, EV Automotive

As the Supply Chain Finance you will involve managing the financial aspects of a company's supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products. As a supply chain finance professional, your job would involve collaborating with suppliers, buyers, and financial institutions to develop and implement strategies that optimise cash flow, mitigate risk, and improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Description

• Analysing financial data, negotiating payment terms, arranging financing solutions, and managing relationships with stakeholders across the supply chain.
• Ensure that the supply chain operates smoothly while maximising profitability for all parties involved.
• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
• Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
• Measure, report and present programme performance to various internal and external stakeholders on a periodic basis using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Communicate and manage relationship with customers and stakeholders.
• Analyse budget and forecast variances and advise management of variances, risks and opportunities.
• Monitoring of Inventory (Weeks of Cover), Supply Chain Loss, Conversion Spending and other KPIs to identify and analyse trends.
• Work closely with finance and related stakeholders in the preparation of the periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) forecasts and for identifying and analysing trends.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related disciplines
• Related experience preferably in Manufacturing company
• Extensive knowledge and skills in risk assessment analysis, identifying risk, cost controlling, and supply chain finance
• Proficient in ERP, ower BI, Tableau, or Minitab
• Reliable with strong organisational skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Manage and execute other ad-hoc projects and risk related works
