FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Description
You are expected to assist Assistant Manager, Financial Accounting in supporting daily accounting operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting transactions including Accounts Payable and General Ledger
• Collaborate with user departments to ensure accounting matters are resolved
• Handle month-end closing and reconciliation 
• Conduct account data analysis and inventory control
• Maintain data integrity in SAP
• Assist in workflow enhancement project
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Hong Kong permanent resident status
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' working experience in sizeable companies or MNC
• HKICPA/ACCA student member or finalist
• Familiar with ERP systems, SAP is preferable
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detailed-minded and willing to learn
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
