(GI) Senior Customer Service Officer

The Company

Our client is a sizable MNC insurance company and is urgently looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer focusing on life insurance to join the company. The ideal candidate will start immediately.

The Role

• Responsible for effective post sales call and outbound call services to customers
• Follow through the customer request to enhance customer experience
• Handle written enquiry from customer and channel
• Recommend changes to processes for ongoing improvement of customer services
• Perform ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

• Degree or above from recognized university
• 3+ years' experience of working with relevant job in insurance industry

• Pass in IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3
• Excellent communication skills including English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
