(GI) Senior Customer Service Officer
Our client is a sizable MNC insurance company and is urgently looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer focusing on life insurance to join the company. The ideal candidate will start immediately.
- Responsible for effective post sales call and outbound call services to customers
- Follow through the customer request to enhance customer experience
- Handle written enquiry from customer and channel
- Recommend changes to processes for ongoing improvement of customer services
- Perform ad hoc tasks
- Degree or above from recognized university
- 3+ years' experience of working with relevant job in insurance industry
- Pass in IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3
- Excellent communication skills including English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available/ short notice period is preferred
