Your new role

  • Coordinate with directors, fund administrators and external accountants to prepare management accounts and arrange payments
  • Upload monthly journal entries into the system
  • Coordinate with company secretaries for SPV setup and liquidation
  • Assist in account openings, closures and KYC/AML requests
  • Support year-end audits by preparing supporting documentation
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in preferably Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, attentive to details
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
