Description
-Working with entities to ensure the on time and accuracy of group management report
-Drive the FP&A team to support global Capex, Eng., SGA reporting
-Continually improve budgeting, forecast and 5-year BP process
-Support management team with data-driven analysis
-Offering support and training to FP&A members
Profile
-8-10 years' experience in finance function; At least 3+ years' FP&A experience in automotive industry.
-Solid knowledge on business module of automotive industry
-Solid variance analysis skills
-Team manager (2~3 members) preferred
