Senior Finance Manager

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management, including internal and external reporting, budgeting and compliance, as well as the development of the financial accounting team.

Description

• Manage a team of qualified and part qualified accountants to ensure the accurate reporting
• Drive quality and efficiency of monthly financial reporting.
• Improve reporting at across the business
• Review variance and Capex reporting
• Management reporting including consolidation for review by UK and Group Finance Director
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of bi-annual budgets, monitoring performance and identifying areas of significance.
• Manage and develop the finance team, providing coaching, training, and performance management as required
• Any ad hoc analysis/projects as required

Profile

• Proven experience in a financial management role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience managing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
