My client has experienced massive growth over the last few years so they are now looking for a brand new Financial Controller to join their team and support with this. This role will be really hands on, and need someone who can help develop & improve the finance team as well as processes from the ground up. You will need to be able to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders and also manage one direct report.

Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant, have experience working within a large manufacturing or FMCG business and happy being in a hands on, fast paced role.
