The Payroll Administrator (Timesheets) will act as the sole point of contact of contact in Payroll, and report to the People Services Manager, and the Finance Director.
Payroll size: 230 staff on the monthly payroll, and circa 80 staff working on a casual basis.

Part of a global group, this role will be based in the UK Head office in the Wimbledon area. Easy access via public transport (10 minute walk from Colliers Wood, Northern Line), and free parking on-site.
Description
The Payroll Administrator (Timesheets) role involves:
- Running monthly payroll for a majority shift working population
- Processing timesheets, expenses, holiday, sick and parental leave pay
- Ensure payroll calculations are correct according to our policies and statutory requirements
- Supporting pension administration
- Add new hires to the payroll system and remove leavers
- Resolving Payroll queries as they arise
Note - the business is currently using paper timesheets and Excel spreadsheets, but will be moving across to the ADP IHCM payroll system in the next few months.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Administrator (Timesheets) will;
- Previously worked in payroll with a majority shift working population
- ideally have previous experience with Payroll timesheets
- Sound knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience using Sage is desirable
- A clear communication style and a team-player attitude
Job Offer
The Payroll Administrator (Timesheets) role offers an equivalent salary of £25-30,000 per annum.
This is a rolling temporary position with a high chance of being converted to permanent after 3 months.
- Fully office based role (there may be some hybrid working for the ideal candidate - to be discussed)
- This is a 37.5 hour week
- Hours: 9-5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
