Senior Finance Executive (Internal Accountant), Malta 7473

Our Client is a Corporate Service Provider Group, with a group of companies and a strong portfolio of clients, to which they offer a variety of services within Accounts, Legal, Tax, Corporate, and Advisory. They are looking for a Senior Finance Executive who will be in charge of their internal accounting department.  

Responsibilities:

• Managing the month-end process and finalization of management accounts in a timely manner.
• Manage and assist in the preparation and submission of VAT Returns Liaising with the auditors during end-of-year financial statements audit and tax return.
• Preparation of reports for management, including budgets, analysis, and others as required Coordinate and supervise the junior members of the finance team Report to the CFO and Board of Directors.

Skill-sets and Requirements:

•  Minimum two years experience in an accounting-based role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous use of SAGE shall be considered an asset Fluency in both written and spoken English Excellent.
• Communication and Leadership skills Must be organize and adhere to deadlines
