With the continuous transformation of tax administrations in mind, we are looking for a leader for our digital submission offerings with a special focus on e-Reporting and e-Invoicing. You will focus on making sure our clients are compliant by implementing these new solutions and look for additional automation opportunities.

You will be leading a team of Tax Technology Consultants and taking ownership of this offering.

Your experience and insights will facilitate conversations with our clients on how to future-proof their finance processes using the latest and greatest in technology and automation.

In summary, you will:

• Lead a team of tax and technology professionals to deliver e-Reporting and e-Invoicing solutions
• Actively develop business in order to grow our e-invoicing and e-reporting offering
• Keep track of budget, staffing and communications towards internal and external stakeholders
• Build strong connections with other internal departments
• Have strategic discussions with clients on e-Reporting and e-Invoicing solutions
• Keep track of regulatory changes and requirements in specific countries
• Design and implement new (ERP or data) tools for e-Reporting/e-Invoicing purposes

Let’s talk about you

• You have at least 8 years of relevant experience with a focus on e-invoicing and -reporting
• You have experience in leading Tax Process discussions that shows you understand all aspects of digital tax submission processes (resources, business processes, technology, data and governance)
• You are an experienced leader – both client-facing and for an internal team
• You can demonstrate your understanding of the ins and outs of e-Reporting Models, how to transition from an ‘as-is’ to a ‘to-be’, how to implement the solution(s) and coordinate a proper documentation and governance structure
• You have experience in one of the following technologies such as Thomson Reuters, Pagero, Avalara or other similar solutions
• You are fluent in English
• Above all: you are a team-player with an entrepreneurial spirit who loves challenges

Extra awesome:

• You understand current tax processes in corporations
• You have a background in Indirect Tax (compliance and/or advisory)
• Experience with SAP and/or Oracle is a big plus
• Any additional European language is a strong asset
