Reporting into the Lead Finance business partner, you will preparing monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets and statutory accounts whilst providing support and guidance to managers and maintaining strong partnering across the organisation. You will be developing strategies for income, and supporting investment decisions.

Description
- Revenue and Capital monthly accounts, quarterly and rolling forecasts, and tracking of budget variances.
- Assisting and supporting budget holders and managers for monthly income and revenue costs, and capital expenditure against budgets and forecasts.
- Partnering with budget holders and preparing budgets and forecasts, whilst providing analytical review and support.
- Analysing profitability and focus on driving continuous improvement.
- Ensuring transfer of completed projects to fixed asset register, including reconciliation to the general ledger.
- Providing financial input to strategic planning, capital investments, and evaluations.
- Update financial models.
- Producing statutory accounts ensuring auditor sign off.
Profile
You will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) and have a strong management accountant or existing finance business partner background, keen on implementing change throughout the organisation. You will be an outgoing and engaging individual, comfortable on building rapport and relationships across all levels of the business.
You will possess high attention to detail and strong analytical skills, whilst maintaining the ability to work under pressure on your own initiative, as part of a small team.
Ideally you will have 18 months - 2 years post qualified experience, with proven experience in accounts and reports, budgets, forecasts and stakeholder engagement.
