Interim Finance Business Partner

Our client, a construction business based in the West Midlands is looking for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join the commercial accounting team to partner with the regional delivery teams and ensure robust reporting and forecasting. Location: Exeter Contract length: 3-6 months Contract hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours a week Salary: £500 per day (outside IR35)

Key responsibilities of the Interim Regional Finance Business Partner

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, with variance analysis
• Attend CVR review meetings
• Report R&Os in a timely manner / provide early warning
• Review staff allocations for accuracy and consistency
• Support regional operational and commercial teams
• Support and review performance against cash forecasts from commercial
• Review contract forecasts and produce quarterly reviews
• Manage and report overheads to budgets

Key essentials of the Interim Finance Business Partner

• Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Computer literate with strong excel skills
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
