Job Description

The Commercial Operations Team performs a vital role in the success of the commercial model, taking responsibility for ensuring all contractual agreements are accurately translated into billing schedules, thereby ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

• Create billing invoicing that is aligned to the terms of client contracts;
• Ensure accurate information is provided to Service & Billing team;
• Ensure Database is kept up to date;
• Provide detailed and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting as per management needs;
• Support team in developing strong internal processes;
• Work with cross-functional teams in resolving billing and revenue related issues;
• Create and maintain process documentation;
• Complete day to day actives and ad-hoc tasks assigned for the successful team performance;
• Actively contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business;

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

• Experience of working under deadlines;
• Experience of investigating and interpreting deviations from expected financial outcomes;
• Fluency in English;
• High attention to detail;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills;
• Strong communicator.
