Job Description & Summary
A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of day to day activities at PwC. As part of the team, you will be assisting with record keeping, billing, distribution, logistics and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
•Develop a deep understanding of objectives and strategies of business unit. Lead, execute and present a wide variety of analysis, report, planning, and budgeting;
•Ensure compliance with organizational policies & procedures (HR, Ops, GA, etc.) through oversight, planning and coordination of the office operations;
•Manage and mentor teams to implement SOP's to standardize and streamline policies and procedures as per corporate guidelines.
•Serves as initial point of contact in resolving office employee matters.
•Coordination of labor contract, labor union, HR compliances, facility compliance, filling with government;
•Coordinate employee surveys and Employee relationship management (ER) ;
•Support Office recruitment and training process i.e interviews, orientation and on boarding, setting up workday records, and trainings;
•Planning and executing employee engagement activities, such as picnics, birthday celebrations, reward and recognition etc...
•Work with business units to manage personnel assignment and improve utilization etc.;
•Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by Xi'an office partner, like support on government relationship, internal management meetings and others.
Requirements
•Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline;
•5-8 years of related experience in Office Operations;
•Fluent in English speaking and writing;
•Good logical skill and analytical skill;
•Good communication skill;
•Understand PwC or firms.
