We are currently recruiting for an Head of IT Risk & Assurance to join our established and experienced risk and compliance team here at RSA on a hybrid/remote basis.

Your role

As our Head of IT Risk and Assurance, you will guarantee efficient management and oversight of IT risks throughout the UK and Ireland. You'll make sure that processes are in place to recognise, evaluate, track, and report risks, reduce their impact on the business, and generate high-quality, efficient risk reporting that meets the internal and external requirements.

About you

You will have good leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence decision-making and motivate others. Additionally, you will have good relationship and stakeholder management skills. It is also important to have good knowledge of the regulatory requirements and legislation as well as the capacity to apply those requirements to the business through useful guidance.
