What you'll do
In your new role, you'll be producing business requirements to inform future state design, while supporting your teams in their understanding of the requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy.
Additionally, you'll focus on the impact analysis of changes that're needed in relation to the application of business requirements and high-level estimations in terms of changes to applications.

The skills you'll need
We'll look to you to bring a good understanding of Agile values, principles and methodologies and knowledge of how to work within an Agile environment. Previous development experience would be advantageous.
Alongside this, you'll hold an appropriate business analyst certification. You'll also have a background in Payments or technical analysis and experience of applying designs and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
Furthermore, you'll need:
- Take on a critical role supporting our bank to achieve customer advocacy by eliciting and understanding the technology needs of our internal and external customers

- Collaborating with application teams on the design of change implications
- Functionally validating application changes to meet business requirements
- Making sure business requirements are tested through the validation of test coverage
- Working with other technical teams to explain our integration requirements
- Helping with the identification of team priorities that're based upon feedback from our customers, key stakeholders and the team
