Responsibilities:

Process invoices verify fiscal data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.

Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices

Sort, code and match invoices

Enter and upload invoices into system

Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues (indirect material)

Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, suppliers' statements, etc.

Review an prepare invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices for files.

Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.

Provide suport to controller in customer related issues.

Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.

Provide supporting documentation for audits.

Attend trainings.
Do not generate unsafe acts and conditions and report any condition detected.
Immediately report when passing an accident, incident or near miss.
Positive Attitude in the process of investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses.
Comply with the policies established in security.

Comply the procedures and rules.

Runs activities responsibly.

Properly manage the information to which I have access, in accordance with Vibracoustic's internal policies, according to its classification, level of confidentiality and level of data protection, maintaining strict adherence to the policies derived from information security, the law on the protection of personal data help by individuals and in the provisions of article 47 section IX of the federal labor law.

Make proper use of technological devices (computers, cell phones, among others) to which I have access derived from my role within the organization with strict adherence to Vibracoustic policies.

Comply with the policies and guidelines established in matters of health, safety and the environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Finance o similar.

Basic English desirable
