We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1. Contribute to the delivery of the approved Assurance Plan, ensuring assurance activity and associated reporting is completed to a high standard.
2. Support a consistent approach for CA testing activities across all Global Businesses/ Functions/ countryies
3. Meet agreed regulatory deadlines and targets.
4. Support the production of high quality management information (MI) covering CA activities.
5. Complete assurance reviews within agreed timeframe through effective leadership.
6. Execution of periodic controls testing in line with RMF requirements, including coverage of Sarbanes-Oxley controls assigned to CA.
7. Effective communication of identified issues with stakeholders within the defined governance process.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Extensive RC and/or FC knowledge, with some experience in assurance or testing activities
2. Relevant external financial services qualification
3. Clear understanding of regulatory and/or financial crime compliance risk within the global financial services industry
4. Capable of building positive and resilient partnerships with key stakeholders
5. Lateral thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues
6. Excellent communication skills with very strong inter-personal and influencing skills
7. Track record of working autonomously
8. Decision-making capability
9. Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
