About the Role
Reporting to Manager, Finance, this is a newly created position to perform daily cheque registration, premium settlement and refund.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cheque registration, premium settlement and refund;
• Process policy related disbursement and payment vouchers
• Perform premium collection and prepare credit control reports
• Prepare month end closing vouchers;
• Prepare accounts reconciliations and follow up outstanding items;
• Maintain adequate filing system and perform assigned clerical functions.

Job Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above;
• LCCI Third Level or higher professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 1 year's working experience in accounting;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge in using AS400 and SunAccount is an advantage.
• Candidates with less experience would be considered as Accounts Assistant.
• Fresh graudates are also welcomed
