QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Relevant IT / Business Degree
- 10+ years experience
- Proven experience in a SAP operations environment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Specific Technical / Functional skills
- Finance/Accounting understanding to assist with problem resolution
- Fundamental Knowledge of operations processes according to ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 (PIC processes)
- Informatics understanding to resolve problems related to data flow between various systems & middleware
- Capability to improve on current processes where required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- German Speaking (Advantageous)
- DEVOPS (advantageous)
- Confluence and Jira (advantageous)

ROLE:
- Take over operations management activities in an SAP environment (Treasury, Banking, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Multi-Banking-Connectivity)
- Work rotation may span over morning, evening, and weekend shifts, also on public holidays
- Working knowledge of and understanding of the business processes for developing, and testing SAP functions associated with financial operations
- Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
- Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident & Change Management)
- Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
- Creation of pertinent test documentation
- Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
- Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
