Finance Business Partner
Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Finance Business Partner for our OMAX, Kent, WA facility. The ideal candidate will facilitate and lead executives in making sound business decisions such as investment decisions, technology roadmaps, business strategy, long range, and annual plans along with quarterly business reviews and monthly forecasts.
We are seeking a finance professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the success of the business every day by:
- Leading functional processes and programs
- Providing business partnership to senior leaders
- Actively collaborate with FP&A team and business partners team to leverage subject matter expertise to identify and share short- and long-term opportunities for improved financial performance and strategic decision making
Who you are and the experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 5+ years of progressive extensive exposure to Operations Finance within a larger manufacturing company while additional experience in the following areas would also be beneficial: P&L, FP&A, Sales Finance, Business Development, and Strategy
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and business acumen skills
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to deliver effective, confident, and results-oriented communications and presentations
- Comfortable in frequent interaction with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Have a track record of driving key decisions through facts, data, insights, and solutions
- Service approach and mindset
Preferred experience that differentiates you:
- MBA or MA
- Oracle ERP
- SQL / SSRS / Report Writing
- Expert-level MS Office Suite User (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- BI tools (Power BI)
- Matrix reporting environment
- Knowledge of the industrial equipment industry

- Base Compensation Range for this position (Grade 20) is $84,437- $140,729
- Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 8%
