Description

This is a truly exciting role which has a bit of everything - from budgeting & forecasting and providing commentary to the FD, to reporting weekly cashflow and costings, this role will keep you busy with the aim of driving improved business performance, strong financial and commercial processes, and business partnering while maintaining robust controls.

Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, engaging Finance Manager / Financial Controller who can business partner across the wider business while overseeing a finance team of four. With strong excel skills, the ability to communicate well and the personal skills to build relationships cross functionally, you will need to work closely with the Finance Director to achieve the deisred outcomes. You are likely to come from a manufacturing background and have worked in a similar Finance Manager / Controller type role or Senior Management Accountant position.
