Job Responsibilities
  • TREASURY:
  • Managing relationship with all commercial banks.
  • Ensure all banking documents (signatories/confirmer are up to dated and properly filed/communicated.
  • ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:
  • Supervise all local vendor payments and ensure Governance.
  • Communication and execution of CISL/CSUK business transactions.
  • PAYROLL:
  • Assist HR to prepare Payroll Sheet with reconciliation.
  • Final Settlement Calculation and Process.
  • Perform employee tax calculation and issuance of Tax/salary Certificate to the employees.
  • CENTRO TEX LTD. EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND:
  • PF Calculation and preparation of the Statement.
  • PF Loan disbursement, Schedule and recovery statement.
  • PF Settlement of the retired employees.
  • PF audit completion /Audited and Unaudited PF balance confirmation to the employees.
  • TAX / AUDIT / REGULATION/COMPANY SECRETARIAL:
  • Ensure Payroll TDS and Vendor TDS/VDS deposit within stipulated time as per ITO 1984 & VAT Act.
  • Preparation of withholding Tax return(75A), 108 and 108A Return submit to authority within timeline.
  • Pass adjusting journal entries for a complete accounting on time and to avoid any pending entries for instant data extract.
  • Maintain fixed assets register, yearly basis assets physical count and reconcile physical fixed assets with records/FAR.
  • Assist Supervisor in preparing draft financial statements for review of supervisor for the purpose of presenting to CFO. (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly)
  • Review and preserve legal documents.
  • Ensure payment of regulatory payment of CTL/CISL.
  • Directors' ledger of C/A and Dividend update on timely basis and report to Supervisor.
  • CENTRO AGRO LTD:
  • Preparation of Financial Statements.
  • Review and preserve legal and business-related documents of the company.
  • Vendor Payment and Salary Process.

  • Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university.
  • CA CC will be preferred.


Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)


Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 26 years
  • Expert in MS Office package (MS Outlook, MS word, MS Excel & PowerPoint presentation).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills especially in English language are essential.
  • Should have very good Interpersonal Skills.
  • Should have good managerial and delegation skills
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, dynamic and energetic.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Should have at least 5 years' experience working in accounts & finance department of a reputed firm.
  • Sound knowledge about TDS & VDS along with relevant application of law is expected.
  • Practical working experience in accounting related software especially in QuickBooks will be preferred.
