Description

· Reporting and analysing the WIP and margin on all projects and products,

· Preparation of monthly project and margin reports, with commentary, for review and discussion,

· Investigating variances and seeking ways to improve margin,

· Reviewing current processes for project accounting and streamlining and improving across business,

· Helping to create and manage project budgets,

· Client billings, query resolution and collection,

· Time sheet and utilisation reporting,

· Monitoring Purchase Orders, GNRI and Stock management

· Maintaining strong systems and controls to ensure adequate documentation, audit trails and Policies and Procedures are in place and adhered to,

· Ad hoc investigations, analysing and internal audit.

Profile

• A minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a project accountant,
• Proficiency in systems improvement within ERP accounting systems
• Strong Excel capabilities,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships with non-finance colleagues at all levels,
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Offer

Salary of £45,000 - £53,000
