Due to company growth and strategic new development plans, our client have a brand new opportunity available for a Management Accountant to join their reputable Finance team. This position offers progression, ACCA/CIMA study support and is salaried up to £38,000.

Description

As Management Accountant, reporting into a Financial Controller, for the UK region you will be successfully responsible for the preparation of month end management accounts such as balance sheet recs, prepayments, accruals and journal postings for example.

This position will also with include commercial duties such as forecasting/budgeting alongside business partnering with the wider financial and non-financial stakeholders within the organisation.

Profile

• Ideally AAT Level 4 or ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part Qualified.
• Open to anyone Qualified by Experience".
• Experience of Management Account preparations such as Accruals, Prepayments, Balance sheet recs, Variance Analysis, Journal Postings, Fixed Asset etc
• Knowledge of forecasting or budgeting is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable with Excel such as Vlookup & Pivot Tables
• Can commit to 5 days on site
• Key eye for detail
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
