Account Executive

We are a leading construction and manufacturing company looking for an experienced Financial/Accounting Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting and financial tasks for our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will work closely with internal teams to provide financial advice that helps the company achieve its business goals, as well as maintain and improve the company's inventory system, and liaise with bankers for financing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute accounting and financial tasks for the company, including bookkeeping, tax compliance, financial reporting, and budgeting

- Ensure that all financial records are accurate and comply with relevant laws and regulations for the construction and manufacturing industries

- Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality work that meets business needs and complies with industry-specific regulations

- Provide financial advice and guidance to help the company achieve its business objectives

- Maintain and improve the company's inventory system, ensuring that inventory records are accurate, and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Liaise with bankers for financing, ensuring that the company has access to the funds it needs to achieve its goals

- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations that are relevant to the construction and manufacturing industries, ensuring that the company is informed and compliant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in a construction and manufacturing industry setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with accounting software and systems, and familiarity with construction and manufacturing industry-specific software and systems
