Description
As Accounts Receivable Clerk (with Hybrid Working), you will be responsible for:
- Issuing invoices and Credit Notes to Site Contract Managers.
- Collecting payments via Direct Debit.
- Reconciling the Sales Ledger Accounts.
- Resolving queries.
- Identifying potential problems and taking appropriate action to mitigate risk.
- Supporting other departments with ad-hoc duties.
Profile
The perfect Accounts Receivable Clerk (with Hybrid Working) will be:
- Motivated to handle high volumes
- A problem solver, with great communication
- Minimum 1 years experience within a similar role
- Proficient in Excel
