The opportunity: Country Learning & Development Lead – EY Hanoi Office based

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Business leader stakeholder and relationship management
  • Validate business priorities
  • Align to EY Learning strategy, adopt of global curriculum, common design standards and processes
  • Manage country learning planning, prioritisation and budgeting for Indochina and align those with Region Learning plan
  • Promote a true culture of continuous learning within the firm and assume accountability for delivering a consistent, high-quality learning experience for learners
  • Oversee the Country Learning and development team
  • Develop deployment strategies and supervise the deployment plan's execution
  • Support the local program definition, design and development, as required.
  • Coordinate cross-Service Line and across SLs.
  • Evaluate and review reporting on performance and plan for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage the execution of learning plans, learning compliances and budgets
  • Manage facilitator excellence
  • Report to Regional L&D Leader/Service Line Leader/Service Line L&D Leader/L&D Partner/Talent Leader
  • Facilitate training delivery (when required)

Job Requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Significant experience of working in Learning and Development, 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development manager role
  • Professional service experience in Big4 is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international)
  • Advanced communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) – English and Vietnamese.
  • Working in international and diverse environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problems solving
  • Having ACCA/CPA Australia/ICAEW ACA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
